Starting back at Teir 1. I feel like I always am able to get through the 7 days by keeping myself busy. But after a while, I just find the spare time and kick myself in the butt. If anyone has any tips to keep my streak going, please reply!

day 5 ..feeling sad, but not letting that let me relapse. working on goals now

 

Just completed the 3 day challenge, ready to try for 7. Feels a bit daunting, but I have a bit of momentum. Day 0.

Just relapsed this morning so will be taking a break from this challenge until I get my shit together.
