I can't relate to this but have you tried some wrist stretches, they may relieve the pain imo. Correct form is important, don't injure yourself!
Can I take part if I post from time to time, since my routine varies and it is not only push ups days ?
Ooh, my favourite exercise! I didn't do push-up because I M'ed at night, I'll start to post my numbers from tomorrow. Other than that, I add 10kg weight to my workout in order to build a stronger chest.
150 pushups done. But I do them in 10 reps x 15 sets. I do the sets pretty close after the previous one (very little rest in between sets). But I’m starting to think that might not be good. Does anyone have any knowledge or thoughts on this? Should I try to do more reps and fewer sets instead?
i am no fitness expert. but i think as long as you are exhausted and you are pushing your limits. its fine. you are on a right track.
I know from experience that push-ups every day lead to tension in my jaw and neck. So I'm currently doing push-ups every two days as part of home workouts. Would still like join in this thread! Today: 48 push-ups! (4x12)
