Exactly... You need to know how much stress your body can handle. At the same time, it's way higher than what the average Joe thinks. People really underestimate their own strengths. (Reverse is also true, but that's a very small minority.)
40 consecutive. Probably could have pushed it 45 but was approaching my limit. Will knock out more before hitting the sack.
Starting this challenge tomorrow looking forward to overcoming this addiction and getting control of my life and reaching my goals
I'm back guys! was gone for too long for I have been busy with school requirements and lost track of updating here andd me and my ex are back together too!! <3 hihi anyways I just did 124 push ups today, chest workout. How's everyone doing? Stay strong!
Hey guys I am trying to figure out how I'd like to go about with my workout routine, as of recently been suffering negative consciousness of over training too soon, causing me to reflect in what I should do. As before I was doing 10 sets of; 10 Hindu Push-ups = 100 10 Pike Push-ups = 100 30 Hindu Squats = 300 15 Thoracic Extension = 150 10 Over handed Suspension Trainer rows = 100 10 Under handed Suspension Trainer rows = 100 This inspired by the Wrestler Thd Great Gama, where his legend that he has done 3000 Hindu Push-up, 5000 Hindu squats & practiced wrestling with 40 people a day or isometrics with trees and never lost a match. Though most websites say he just did that with out more details with this one the only one giving more info on the routine; http://kbforum.dragondoor.com/kettl...ioning-forum/149318-legendary-great-gama.html Took a break and have gotten back into doing my W.A.T.C.H protocol routine from the book "Lost Secret To A Great Body" which I was doing before I sprained my foot and couldn't do it as it required my feet to be more focused on placing pressure on the balls of my and in a 45 degree angle in most which did hurt my feet unlike the hindu squats. Which I was doing both at the time but at lower reps. But upped them more which caused more of the issue, mostly the thoracic bridging. So with that, getting back into doing the W.A.T.C.H protocol & a more strength based routibe after im debating what would be best to do. To do the basic Great Gama of just Hindu Squsts & Push-up like this; Did what I did before, but start with 5 sets for five days a week and work on building up my sets back to 10 Or as of watching this video making me think of just doing 2 sets of what I was doing before, to work on a better quality of the reps. Or to go back way before this and work on doing either 2 or 3 sets of; One arm assisted push-up, super settled with close handed push-ups. Close handed chin-ups super settled with shoulder length chin-ups. Close legged squats Lunges Inspired by this & my goals before of 30 close handed push-ups & 15 or 30 Chin-ups, but changed as moving flat and not having enough room for my pull-up mate yo have it around comfortably, but found a outdoor gym to go and get back into it
27/07/2020 Okay for the moment I'll be going with doing my W.A.T.C.H protocol exercises which includes me doing push-ups at the end, which I've done up to; 1 set of 15 push-ups Then after that do the basic version of Great Gama workout which is just Hindu Squats & Push-ups, like in the daily exercises from Tim Anderson Which I have done 10 sets of 30 Hindu Squats = 300 10 Hindu Push-ups = 100 Then went on a long walk after.
