it's day 1 after 2 days of relapse ;; i really loose all my motivation and stability after relapses as due to this i fall in relapse cycle ;; but this time i will began to move forward and will break all my past streaks ; my next goal is to complete day 2 without any disturbance ,,
it's 5 am in india and still i am unable to sleep ;; i tried alot but still i failed to sleep ;; i need to fix this as this is really badd as this can affect my studies and goals ;;

Hey friends, I'm back at day zero unfortunately. I learned the porn brain does look for any erotic scaps it can find since I currently have no internet at my house. I found myself watching a vanilla soft core movie on TV longer than I should have and saw enough nudity to call this a relapse. I should have turned it off right away but got fixated on it and kept watching for an hour or so. Made it 32 days this time around so my streaks are getting longer at least.
