I would suggest to go out of your home and do your things. This is very important that you should not be alone at home. Also, do sport regularly, it helps your mind recover, weight training helps me a lot. Always, keep in mind that you can do this.
Day 34/90 Great weather today and also stepped out from my room after almost a month see the outside world. It was refreshing!
