Hey man, that’s the chaser effect running its course. Distract yourself. Watch NoFap motivational videos, leave your house and take a fresh air, exercise until you’re too tired, even taking cold showers can definitely help And then after that, figure out the cause of the relapse, where were you when you relapse? What device were you using? And adjust, we’re all here to support one another
Day 41/90 Between the days 40-50 was my longest streak for 8 years, If I recall properly. Keep going everyone, stay strong!
The thing is I can't leave my room much. I am grounded at the present moment. I tried to spend first 3days since grounded. Later it started with chat with strangers. Things went misleading then. I know I should not chat with strangers but I could not stop myself.
Dear friends, Today is Day 82/90 Quick update: I’ve spent the past week after my surgery staying with my parents. (they live 30 min from me). They’ve been extremely supportive and generous in helping me with everything from food, grooming. It is helping immensely with boosting my morale and expediting my recovery. Yesterday, I started doing some simple exercises for my shoulder and range of motion is slowly improving. Will probably start physical therapy in a week or so. Hope all of you are doing well! I truly appreciate everyone here for your support, kindness, and encouraging words! Lets continue to Grow! Wishing You the Very Best, Lamboskovich
