day 3. Really surprised myself today. First of all had really good 10-11 hours sleep, woke up super fresh... Cleaned whole house and then made my best at the gym.. Cooked delish healthy food and then had some wholesome reading/study. I remember when I did my best streak (30 days) I eagerly trucked and payed attention to my schedule/habits. I'd like to do it again.... to be focused on my goals, plans, diet, habits even little thinhgs such as morning cold shower and shave, just don't get lazy. Start your day in proper, good way.
