Days 8, 9, 10. Finally some free time to check in. I often relapse when I don't have much or any free time, so I'm grateful to still be "going" with this streak. I don't want to think about just doing this for the streak though. It's been making my whole life so much better!
Looking over my old posts it seems to be that 30 days is the psychological barrier. I remember looking at a video of the 7 stages of NoFap and the presenter saying how after 30 days the ship has well and truly sailed. That's what I'm going to bare in mind over the next 23 days
Day 4. After the Nofap plan it is realy going well. But this time I don't let my guard down. Decided to focus in the next weeks less on business, but more on social network and conctacts. This helps me also with nofap.
Day 1, again, I relapsed after 5 days, porn girls are really addictive and enjoyable, I hope I will abstain longer of no porn.
