If you work out really hard I'd imagine you just don't have the energy, it's not like you're using your penis to do any exercises. I had one female trainer at the gym I used to go to and she is one of the most attractive females I ever met. I agree with the others here. I rather think you should use this opportunity to train yourself in your willpower and self-control, and not fall back into unhealthy habits. That you are constantly distracted by the woman's body and immediately have a boner, in any case, is not normal. My best advice is that you try to focus on what actually matters, returning to the present moment: Working out. And in that matter the last resort would be to, yes, just choose a different trainer, preferably a male trainer in your case. And as mentioned by others here as well, there is also the option of wearing different clothing that hides your boner.
