Day 41 of meditation completed. It's my day off today and I invited my wife to join me in the practice. Quite enjoyable!
Day 12 (total of 20 minutes of meditation) Week 1 Session 2: Two 5 minute guided breathing meditations on managing anxiety (headspace app) 10 minute personal unguided meditation.
Day 36 It was a quiet work day. Was feeling a bit down, because I think one of my future customers cheated on me. Feel like I have to climb this mountain to find new customers, but meditation makes me see that I tend to overreact. Today I did 2 sessions. The first session was just sitting an breathing. Nothing special. No focus. The second session was again a box meditation. Total of 15 minutes. 15 minutes meditation - DONE
Day 10 done, 10 mins vipassana. Hadn't posted because I was hosting a friend. Will start posting regularly again.
Day 37 Today was a busy day, filled with ambition about my new company. I need to be careful, otherwise ambition will bring me off balance. I did 3 sessions today and spent a total of 25 minutes meditating. The first session was to come to rest and to listen to everything around me. Nothing special. I had some unresolved questions in me, and I spent the second session doing introspection. I asked myself many questions and tried to go deep into self enquiry. Session 3 was a box breathing meditation. Maybe I'll do 25 minutes tomorrow again, but this was an excess. I try to stick to 15 minutes daily, unless I can do 25 minutes without putting pressure on myself. 25 minutes meditation - DONE
I'm hooked into this! Haha! We need a Slow Breathing Challenge too... I'm not ready for it, now maybe 2 years from now, until this challenge becomes part of me! Keep it up guys!
