My goal is to do everyday meditation for 30 days, I have been able to do it for 90 before but at the moment I am at day 7. 16-20 minutes per meditation.
Day 34 Was able to do my routine earlier, but I find it difficult to again commit myself for 15 minutes. Today again, I did a 10 minute relaxation meditation. I breathe in my strength and breathe out stress and anxiety. 10 minutes meditation - DONE
Day 11 (total of 15 mins of meditation) Week 1 Session 1: 5 minutes of guided breathing meditation on managing stress (headspace app) 10 minute unguided meditation
Day 51 ✅ Much easier session today - really struggle still with the whole visualisation thing… but near the end of this course on headspace!! It’s finally getting a little easier as I finish it!!
Day 10- I meditated today as soon as I woke up. I also meditated for 12 mins which is the longest period ever since I started. It felt more effortless today.
40 days of meditation completed! Thanks again Uruz for creating this challenge! I've found it very beneficial so far and definitely helpful for my sober/Self-Mastery/self-improvement journey!
Day 1 completed yesterday (I had missed the day before) 10 minutes guided mindfulness meditation focusing on breath with Medito app Joining you by also setting myself a 30 days goal (and hopefully beyond)
Day 55: A little bit of a lazy day today, few minutes of concentration meditation done, gonna do some more later before bed. I really need to get the habit of doing meditation consistently every morning at the same time, need to work on that.
Day 35 My Sunday was filled with relaxation. In anticipation of my meditation, I have read a book to calm down. I spent 15 minutes doing two types of meditation. The first meditation was to relax and to calm down. I listened to the cars driving outside and the wind rustling through the leafs. The second meditation was to focus on my breathing. 4 seconds in, 2 seconds hold, 4 seconds out and 2 seconds hold. I believe it's called box breaking and was specifically designed to find a moment of relaxation. It worked! 15 minutes meditation - DONE
