    Yes. In short, increased clarity, less distractibility (from PM influences specifically), more ability to do what needs to be done.
    Sometimes I still have anxiety around doing some things, but it doesn't freeze me the same way.
    I'm more open, honest.
    Becoming more direct.
    Other changes too I'm sure. These are more surface level, though well worth it.
    My sleep is also more stable/ need less.
