        Thoughts like these can only be dependant on a sense of self. The conceit "I am worthless" is based on a comparison, "more worthless than" its a form of hubris, just in the opposite direction. Its reliant on a sense of self, the wrong belief of a permanent, unchanging identity. That thought "Sometimes I am really sad that I have no girlfriend.....Am I that worthless?" IS IN ITSELF NOT YOURS. ITS NOT YOUR THOUGHT.

        @heart of repentance If you ask me: Which Anime would you binge watch for like 30 Episodes If I could I would immediatley say "Hells Paradise". I think this will be a serious candidate for best Anime of this year. The Opening The Story The Visual Everything is so perfect.

        @heart of repentance A girl from Morocco made me a recommendation me to watch the Anime "Monster" 2 or 3 years ago. It has another Vibe which is also really really great if you are seriously deep into this story. I had to break up at the half of the Season beacause it was too difficult to read the subtitles and to concentrate on the Anime. But I will rewatch it since the Anime will get a german dub.

        You have to stay busy as well. Don't give yourself time to M, keep your brain occupied so it doesn't have space to ask for M. Later you can work on being more conscious about when the prompt to M is higher, so you can pick out the triggers.
