i wouldn't recommend doing it before sleep, but as you think is best. 5 minutes is enough and even great for mood and energy!

Post-split fixtures will be tough, a lot of the games for Celtic up until now have been bottom-table fixtures and they still struggled. Kilmarnock won 2-1, Motherwell 1-1 draw, Hearts 2-0 at Tynecastle. But saying that, we lost 2-1 to Motherwell, drawed against Aberdeen and scraped a draw against Hearts. So we are both equally as shite.

Roedean School for girls aged 11 to 18, is an independent boarding and day school. Roedean Village on the outskirts of Brighton is festooned with millionaires. But next to it is a rundown scheme called Whitehawk. Another strange juxtaposition.

Robin William is 100% correct, golf is a weird and dumb sport for sadists. He visited my home city of Dundee often and golf is huge here (I live 5 minutes from a golf course for reference. He used to drink at the Windmall Bar in the Hilltown area where my dad lived. Before he was a full-time comedian, he did stand-up there. Sadly it's gone, like every piece of history left in this cursed country...

Dundee is a weird place since in many ways, it's just another generic post-industrial backwater. But every street here has history and we have our own unique identity. Makes me proud to be Scottish. Wish we could preserve our history and heritage but we're becoming assimilated into a globalist world devoid of individuality.

You can do daily journals, just don't emphasize the day. I see many journals where people celebrate being on [x] amount of days then relapse. It can happen at any moment. Daily progress logging is fine though.

I get chaser effect when I get a wet dream. I use to turn off the smartphone or the computer. Getting a wetdream give me a headchace. Relapse solve it, but isn't worth since it bring me back on the Void of pornography.
