Now, I won't promise this thread will be life changing or you'll be a better person after reading this. No I can't promise this, IT IS YOUR LIFE you have to understand what you're doing you're reading a random text by an 18 year old. I can just motivate you, I can't tell you who you're BUT I can surely tell you who you can be.
How can you be a better person?
It is simple, you work on yourself.
Why am I writing this thread?
Because I want to and it may save your virility and all the things I'm suffering from. I've been a disappointment to my friends (i don't even have friends anymore) and my family since the age of 12 when I first discovered this sh*t called PMO.
What is my current status?
->Longest Streak of 43 days.
->Second Longest Streak of 30 days.
Benefits I Got From Doing PMO for the past 8.5 years?
->Concentration issues.
->Lack of respect for women.
->Grades Degrading so badly, I'm about to fail this sem.
->fetishes so bad, i can't talk about.
->Brain Fog.
->Premature Ejaculation and PIED.
->Posture Problems.
->Abnormal breathing patterns.
->pelvic pain and irregular bowel movements
->no friends now.
->loneliness
->social anxiety
->suic*dal thoughts
the list will go on we'll talk about it some other day.
SOME WHY's
1) Why can't I tell you to change your life?because, our mind listens to our soul and our soul are the voice in our head and most of the time we can change the voices in our head. If you tell yourself you're the shit-est person your body will release that type of pheromones you tell yourself you're an alpha male and your pheromones will obey people will be attracted towards you.
2) If it's all about just changing the mindset why can't we just do it while we're busy PMO-ing?
PMO-ing brainwashes us, the mammoth di*k ads, the too muck obeying women, incest etc, it is unnatural and unrealistic.
3) If we know it is so harmful, why are people still PMO-ing?
Our Body has dopamine as a reward mechanism, while PMO-ing it goes from releasing while having s*x to releasing when we watch people have s*x. now if we don't watch a video we'll start feeling anxious and we'll watch it no matter even if we are in a public place, after getting the dopamine the body will start preparing the body for the next dopamine rush hence causing addiction.
4) Are we gonna end this addiction?

So, How Do we end this suffering?
Step 1-> We follow a routine As Simple As That, after few days we'll start feeling our lives are monotonous but we'll be changing our lives so a little struggle will not harm, our routines should have every essentials to keep us occupied except PMO. I wish it was as simple as it sounds but i was able to control my urges for 43 days during the last streak but why I'm failing now, the answer is lack of discipline. You tell yourself you're gonna wake up at 5 in the morning you're freaking gonna do it no matter what. Then wash your face with cold water and stand in front of a mirror and look yourself in the eye and tell yourself you're the king and you're gonna change your life.
What routine am i gonna follow;
* Wake Up At 5 am
* Jump Roping
* 40 Pushups
* Bathe
* Study For 2 Hours
* FOOD! FOOD! FOOD!
* A Little rest
* Study For 2 Hours
* A Little rest
* Study For 2 Hours
* An evening walk
* and most important tell you my progress here everyday twice at 8:30 am and pm Pacific Time.
Step 2 -> Set Up our Goals. I mean Goals are the real OG man. Let's keep it easy write three goals complete them, write three goals again this cycle will never bore you
Here are my three goals.
* study atleast 7 hours till my final exams.
* complete a novel (i'm reading Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind)
* gain a kilo or two
ummmmmmmmmmmm.... what can be step 3?
Step 3 can be writing a journal, writing a journal jot down your feelings.
Step 4 read a dictionary. Great Time Pass 5 on 5.
Step 5 Drink Enough Water, i mean who doesn't like water.
Step 6 keep reminding yourself you're not doing it for the kid you saw that day crying in a bus/metro/train/plane. you're doing it for yourself. and it will benefit you not other people. it'll be easier.
Step 7 don't peek i beg you.
(why 120 days ->
because it's my birthday after 120 days. I wanna see a healthier and happier me)
