    I don’t know what’s happening lately but I think I’m hooked again. I haven’t fapped for more than 200 days but this morning, I watched porn and I fapped. I really don’t wanna have urges talk less of ejaculating. I’m back again. I want this year to be my best year. I need this. I’ve got goals. I don’t need this kinda behavior or habit.

    I understand your situation and I've been there myself .Please believe me -moaning about it won't help and you can't stop it and do nothing instead this is the last time I'm asking you to comply with the rules of the challenge and exercise your will power and discipline to start your daily accountability by 15 + 1 points of the Daily, I mean EVERY DAY ACCOUNTABILITY . It's up to you if you want to fly to the new life or if you want to stay where you are,moaning and doing nothing. We won't drag you along you have to be willing to go yourself ant put your will in seeing done what is necessary.
    I check for your account tomorrow at the same time ,if you fail to do it by that time then blame yourself cos it was your choice and you'll be out of the lists.
    By the way by our rules you have to give another kind of account too-its your relapse account where you have to state the circumstances that led to relapse,what were the triggers, what have you learned from it, what is your plan to prevent it happening again?
    YOU HAVE TO POST 2 ACCOUNTS BY TOMORROW TO STAY IN THE CHALLENGE.
    so read this message carefully and understand it fully.

    Brothers, from today I'm adding one more accountability rule to follow and do:
    It's 16) Clean your environment-do a good deed for the community you live in and pick up some rubbish laying around like bottles,plastic bags,paper etc. do it as much as you feel comfortable with it may be a sandwich bag or a big bin bag. You all know the saying,Cleanliness is next to Godliness' and Godliness is wholeness when you extend your care from only yourself into place and community you live in or even temporarily staying at. Believe me brothers this simple thing will raise your self-esteem quite a bit,just do it !;)

    @12ove Brother for failure to follow the challenge rules and failure to participate as required everyday you are removed from this challenge. Looks like you got too much on your plate to deal with.My advice to you is to work on your priorities and time management as well as not to start something you don't really intend to finish.

    I have not broken any of the rules. If you think I broke one can you let me know which one I broke? So that I can un-break it.

    It seems that you are assuming that people will post if they are in the group, but you did not mention that it is a requirement of being in the group....Will you update the rules to include post X amount of times over Y amount of time? So that people know that they are supposed to post, and if they don't they will be booted. I would rather just keep it transparent, if I would have known that was a rule of the group I would have posted. I can understand if you want to make posting daily required, but I am not sure why that would be a requirement. If it is lmk and I will start posting all the time.

    If daily check in is required, I'll check in every day...just lmk how often we need to check in.

    4)Take cold shower daily- (going to research the benefits of this, if anyone wants to provide research with positives and negatives that would be great..there is snow outside all winter here and I am generally pretty cold without taking a cold shower...so I think I might start this one in the spring when it starts to warm back up)

    If posting is what you mean by #2 I am fine doing that...I just figured it meant stay accountable daily, which I had been doing according to my understanding of the phrase...anyway lmk if that works for you

    AEFF -it stands for avoid evil feelings and thoughts.If you noticed through the day that you have experienced some bad feelings or thoughts did you do something about it,did you tried to understand yourself better?
