Day 15 done!
So here it is guys Day 3 NoFap. Also started waking up early around 5:30 and I have been doing intermittent fasting and cold showers for almost a month now. Lets see how I feel in a month by adding NoFap and no Facebook instagram and no youtube and started doing sprinting for 20 minutes and weight lifting. I will let you know.

1/30 feeling lonely as shit even though I know I’m loved. It’s a weird feeling, I just need to learn to stop acting on jt
25th day. No urges or arousal for a couple of days now. Feeling good, clear and focused.
Day 24/30...... experiencing strong urge. Holding on.
Starting Day 26
Stopped posting 3 weeks ago. Found myself too busy and priorities were elsewhere. Can't remember exactly but I must have made it to around Day 18. Anyway, I'm still Porn-Free which is good. I feel like I've progressed a lot. Going ahead, I'm not going to be consciously attempting NoFap anymore. But I might come back here if I think MO'ing is becoming a problem again, or if (I highly doubt it) I relapse to porn.
Sick of this crap now.
Day 7! Managed to resist for a whole week now! I finished the first quarter
Day 0. Relapsed. Instead of relapsing every couple of days like before it's now only happening every couple of weeks. To me, that's success.
Back to square one . Still, the total of days with pmo total since staring NoFap in February/March could well be the average a year over the last couple of years. So maybe only back to day 0.
EDIT: I think I exaggerated a bit the pmo use before. Anyway. On a new day 1 while writing this edit.
Day 14. Urges are there, but I'm way too far to offer them a serious consideration. Sure could use a bit of motivation at the moment. My 30 days will coincide with the end of my school semester and application deadlines. Things could really come full-circle if I follow through on all 3 aspects. What a cap to the year this can be... May 6th.
