You got this, just get yourself busy with anything. For example, what I do is when the temptation is going to happen soon I play video games to get my mind busy then turn off my phone while I play.

Day 2 right now. What I did was played video games (like need for speed) and while I was playing I turned off my phone so that after I'm done playing I don't get tempted to watch.

Day 1 done. It feels like the calm before the storm. Tomorrow will be a test as I will be home alone.
Just need to keep focused and change my routine so to avoid temptation.
