Harder than imagined. Not something to taken lightly. I tend to loose focus and relapse away. It’s bad. No motivation. Sad. Relapsed again now I’m starting day 0. More determined. Going back to basics. I can do this.
First time posting and attempting a NoFap challenge. Have been trying to get rid of this habit for years, but I am hopeful this time. Day 1
alright, I am in....yesterday (29/12/2019) was day 0 and today I am on day 1. Last night was easy because I was able to turn off the temptation by turning off my phone. Tonight I will do the same and if it doesn't work....I will try doing 20 push-ups and see what happens.
Take a walk too. Be around people. hang out with friends maybe. Just keep yourself up to something. you get idle you get tempted. Good luck!
