Hey, just be aware of withdrawal syndrom which is insomnia. I've struggled with that when I first was doing my 30 days streak... It took me good 3 weeks for my sleep-pattern to get back to normal. I recommend lemon balm tea which helped me a lot.. also trying to wake up early in the morning avoiding afternoon long naps. All the best mate! Cheers!

I'm in my 10th day now. Iying in bed this morning I felt urged to act out . So I came here instead. . I was glad to read on here that insomnia is a withdrawal symptom as my sleep has been no good lately. One day at a time.

In the middle of last night, I had urges and so started to touch my GF, and I am glad that I fell into sleep again. Today I met a gorgeous, sexy girl. We talked and laughed a lot, but after that I got the feeling that I can not communicate with girls confidently and properly, at the end, while telling bye, she told me "did you forget something?", at that moment I didn't understand what did she meant and I did not answer properly (Actually I don't know what I've said). After some moment I understood what she said, and now I am thinking that I am not confident enough to talk with girls properly. Also I think so sexy about girls.
Does anyone had the same experience? Please help me if you have any tips or idea or same experience.
I should not go out with her.
