So today I discovered something called precum. This is what precum is according to the internet.
"Precum, also known as pre-ejaculate, is a fluid produced by the male reproductive tract during sexual stimulation before climax. It exits the urethra and is often found on the tip of the penis during sexual arousal.
It is a clear lubricant that prepares the urethra for the climax and looks similar to semen."

I feel really strong urges in the morning when I am half asleep while I try to control these urges I do release some precum. Is this breaking your streak? or it is something which happens to a lot of other fapstronauts when they are on NoFap?
 
You are going to find this is a process and your body is going to do what it was designed for and what you have molded it to crave and desire. I will start dripping so bad in the morning I have to question if I had a wet dream. I also produce it and sometimes a semen release during bowl movements, certain movements and oddly stress triggers. I got to the point I was going to consider wearing a condom just to keep the spot from showing. I’m afraid of I was so to the letter in recovery I would end up in shame and relapse weekly. Things will get better and give yourself a lot of grace.

So, you are saying its normal and I do not need to worry about it? As I see it, stopping your urges is difficult specially when you are designed in way where ot is natural to feel urges and when you are living in today's over sexualized world.

I get your point but in this situation things are not really black and white, its more of a grey area. I mean when this happen there is actually a war inside me where one side wants to masturbate and other stops me from doing it, all this happens when I am little sleepy. Most of the time I am able to stop it but eventhough precum is released. So should I consider this a reset? or Should I ignore this as something normal and move on?
