Need help controlling my urges

    Hello, I am KuzTekken or Kuz for short. I have been masturbating since the age of 13 when I first discovered porn and I've had a back and forth battle withm masturbating and it has diminished my chances of reaching a higher level of myself that I wish to achieve. I am also. very slim somewhat built, and I could've gotten more muscular had I not masturbated so much. I am currently 19 years of age and I need tips on how to stop masturbating. I would like t improve my life and get to do my hobbies that I love to enjoy such as reading, drawing, and working out as well.

    when you feel the urges there are many ways to stop them, the most powerful of all is meditation, then there is a cold shower, or eat a very caloric food, you got it right :) much better if sweet, like ice cream or cakes , but nothing beats meditation

  3. Yes, awareness, progressing life goals, this forum, enjoying good foods, youtube inspiration, meditation, excersicing :) sometimes it goes natural with me, sometimes i have to remind myself more.. grtz

    Ok man, do not worry, because you have come to the right forum. I would recommend, first of all, to ask yourself a question: "so, what has really led me to FAP?" My answers include thinking that I don't look good enough, getting bad grades on tests, escaping real life problems, etc. Repeatedly tell your mind that these will eventually fade away, or just get over with it. I don't look good enough, but so what! I stopped looking into the mirror that many times, and I have much more confidence. There are also ways to kill urges when it comes up, such as
    1) Meditation
    2) Taking a walk outside
    3) Transfer your energy by doing pushups, calling a friend, getting up from your chair, talking to your family, etc.
