Really weird vivid sexual dreams

    Last night and during a nap today, I have no idea why because I haven’t been fantasizing or edging in anyway, and it’s literally only been 1 day. So I’m not aroused.


    I’ve been having these wild sexual dreams. Like the other night (the night I started the streak) I had a dream I gave in and relapsed. I woke up with a boner.

    Even though I dreamt of this, this isn’t a relapse right? I woke up and didn’t touch myself at all, fantasize, or edge.

    no this is not a relapse

    it's kind of natural that you get dreams like this - your brain starts to crave for sexuality. But with the time it will get more natural - and the moment your brain is used to PMO, with the time everything will be more natural, your brain will not ask for PMO, but for real sex. And then you can just go out and get it - which will be more easy with dopamine and testosterone, while PMO will get you lack of dopmaine and testo.
