results in reboot??

I am 18 and just started my no PMO reboot and have been doing fine for 7 days so far, I have had PIED for only a year. I am wondering how long it may take for me to be able to get and maintain normal erections again. Going 90 days PMO is manageable for me, but I have a girlfriend who wants to have sex. I am wondering what is the average time for someone similar to me to get back to somewhat normal and be able to get and maintain an erection for sex? thanks
