    I had 21 days under the belt. I woke up one morning and said "hey this is nice I have a good streak going." That was my downfall. Back at it with 4 going on 5 days...sucks to fall down but we can NEVER GIVE UP!!!
     
  3. Update: Over 13 days in. Feeling pretty awesome today. Confidence levels are up I've noticed, I feel more motivated and I have no urges to speak of. I do not want to fail now and I pray that I won't slip back into the temptations and relapse. I hope I never PMO again!

    It's my 7th day and now feeling differently.
    I started exercising and meditation feeling more confident now.
    I was watching porn daily now life is kinda different I am not going to give up. Good luck all.

    It's ok bro, it's really a process! 6 years ago I couldn't go 5 days without PMO, now I progressed alot! I still consider myself addicted but feel confident that now I will get through it!

  9. Update:14 days and going. Felt good today, I've been noticing some urges the last few hours but nothing too serious.

    18 days in! Haven't felt strong urges the last 2-3 days! Feels good

    6th day! I need to remind me why i'm doing this, sometimes i fell like my brain resets everything due to the urges.
    Btw i have to start doing exercise or going the gym! I believe that everyone can overcome this situation, WE CAN DO THIS!

  14. Ahhh, unfortunately relapsed again. Came home from watching the Mayweather fight at a friend's house - While laying in bed scrolling through my Instagram story feed, one girl had posted a video of her and her friends in bikinis, which she normally doesn't do. That tempted me hard and lead to my relapse. I'm gonna minimize phobe usage and especially gonna avoid using my phone in bed from now on. I will take the steps to ensure that this was the last time I fall !

    Diagnosis: tired / exhausted / using the internet without a plan, without a reason / urges foreboding
    Intervention: going to bed now
     
  16. Update: 16 days. I think this is my personal best, I might have gotten to 17 days a few months ago but that doesn't really count because during that time I was edging alot and also viewing porn. I'm happy to have gotten this far now, getting some new urges these last few days but I will resist them.

  18. Update: 17 days. Not doing great. Its a new record every day from now but my urges are crazy. I just entered a porn site but didn't really see too much since I left instantly. I noticed what I was doing and that I was about to give up on everything I've fought for. I really need to focus now.

    Red alarm light! Prepare yourself. Make sure you don't get in such a situation again. Remember, every time you think and act like this, your brain releases dopamine and it wants more of it!
