Hey I wanna join the fight. I'm 29 and I used pmo for over 15 years. In March 2020 I know that stopping with this shit will help me but I failed every time after a few days. My current streak is 5 days and my best is 15 days.

Dude I'm in the same situation as you which I can't complain to be honest because I would have relapsed otherwise. I'm on day 5 and when I look at something my P just dosent react at all and I just end up closing it. Hopefully it stays like this and I can finally make a long streak.
