100 pushups done today. I hear weird sounds on my arms. I think my tendons. I'll probably not do pushups tomorrow and take it as a rest day instead because I don't want to risk getting an injury.

I did 28 inclined pushups from my workout plan awhile ago. Didn't do normal pushups though as I'm refraining from doing it at the moment.
Yesterday I took the day off Today I did 4 sets for a total of 100 pushups. The most I’ve done in a single day in a very long time
118 for chest workout which I just finished this afternoon. I did 25 awhile ago. To sump up, 143 pushups for today. My arms feel sore and inflated, I feel happy though.

Have been taking a break and might continue taking the break for the rest of the week of my routine of 10 Hindu Push-ups = 100 10 Pike Push-ups = 100 30 Hindu Squats = 300 15 Thoracic Extension = 150 10 Over handed Suspension Trainer rows = 100 10 Under handed Suspension Trainer rows = 100 every day as recently I've been getting a lot of muscle soreness, which I thought I’d adapt to but having a harder time with it as during my rest inbetween have been taking longer than a minute, have taken some days off at times & my elbows have been aching. So debating what I should do as of cutting it to 5 days instead of everyday, cute the pike push-ups & bridging to do it every day like this or try something different.
