    It can be a part of withdrawals, and as @Last Hope 000 said negative thoughts are a part of life. Unless those thoughts deter you from living your life, then I will suggest to talk to a professional. Have you had these thoughts prior to your PMO problem?

    A week ago, I didn't have such bad thoughts, I think Brain Fog is the readon for that, I have no motivation.

    At work I feel like my brain is activated 50% more then I am at home. Alert, responsive, critical thinker, knowing what to say or act on . Which sucks because my music creativity is down after work at home. Brain fog forms.. ha

    I think all of it is related to PMO and since we been off it for a while now, It's the PAWS Hunting us! I can't count how many times my Mind is asking for that old habit! Even in my dreams, let's strong! There a great future up ahead!

    Mate, i know the feeling, i had that moment of clarity when i did 48 hours fasting, and i tried an experiment: i felt very good and after ending it i took some sauerkraut, and bam, i felt like mi iq skyrocketed to 200. I am not joking. I should do this more often, i also cut carbs completely before going fasting for 2-3 days. You can try it too.
