150/150 - sugar only when my wife bakes - challenge completed
110/110 - no crisps - challenge completed
25/30 - food containing grain at most once per day
18/30 - at most one small coffee per day
11/11 - cleaning for at least one hour every morning

Halfway from 90 days. I'm not doing absolutely no sugar, my food contains some of it occasionally. I've left out all kinds of sweets, however, which I'm very happy about.
Ok I’m a hard core sugar addict - but here I go. Will try to update daily.

Since one week back I’ve been working over 12 hours every day with cutting down trees and branches, plus dragging up the roots. It’s damn fun and a hell of a workout!

Ok - made it 24 hours with no sugar (I ate some gummy vitamins without thinking but that is pure habit and I’m giving myself a pass) other than that i ate beans and veggie sausage. Will probably have some Brussels sprouts before bed. So far so good.
