Thank you! Edging is indeed a big problem, and it's very good that I've identified the triggers, I agree. It feels like half of the battle is won, and that all I have to do is iron out my sleep pattern in order to see some progress with this. And, excellent tips; however, I should clarify that my phone is not an issue. I haven't looked at P once on it since I got it late autumn last year. It's more my hyperactive imagination that's the problem, and it always strikes when I'm lazing around in bed, and I'm too sleepy/mentally weak to resist because I fell asleep too late the night before. I'll start by developing a better relationship with sleep (early to bed, early to wake), and once that's done I'll definitely be able to jump in the shower as soon as I awake. Might as well make a clean break tomorrow, since it'll be Monday.
