when I get further and further away to the opposite side of addiction things around me are starting to change. It's hard to describe. It's like, when I was doing PMO every day or every time I felt sadness or fear or helplessness, I was 100% sure that this is the only way. I didn't even think that maybe I should do something else. That was my only way out — and every time it led me to a dead end. But now I know — actually there are so many ways. Now I can learn and choose different ones. But the dead end is still around — maybe it's even a good thing that I learned it so well, that I was there for so long. Now I have something to compare it to.
