It was again a deep experience to be in silence without anything to get distracted, no phone, nothing to read to write to do except going inside and observing sensations and respiration. Lot of stuff came up hehe and hopefully got evaporated now. There is a wonderful documentary done in a prison in India that shows the process and what it is. I post the link here. It's worth watching even if not intending to go.
