  2. Now thanks man, that means a lot. Yeah where I was debating about taking pills to help, though one major thing for me is to not look at my screen near my sleep, even with blue light the visuals could still play a factor in keeping me awake after my work. Thinking of just listening to audio books on the ride home from work.

    Yeah I also try to keep doing my exercises, as mostly sitting down a lot, though need to change my diet to eat less calories than I need.

    Did my W.A.T.C.H protocol with my 1 KG dumbbells to do 1 set of;

    1.Alternating Dumbbell Curls (50 goal 60)
    2.Alternating Reverse Dumbbell Curls (25 goal 30-60) 3.Alternating Crucifix Dumbbell Curls (25 goal 30) 4.Simultaneous Crucifix Dumbbell Curls(25 goal 30) 5.Standing Dumbbell Pectoral Fly’s (25 goal 30) 6.Alternating Dumbbell Presses (25 goal 30) 7.Alternating Dumbbell Front Raises (25 goal 30)
    8.Simultaneous Arm Circles (25 goal 30)
    9.Don't know the name of this, just that it was done by Al Treloar's. Where I had to stand fully strait up with my my arms fully reached out over my head in hammer position, to then (with my legs are fully locked straight when doing this) have my upper body bending over to 45 degrees with my dumbbells switching to over hand positiom then to go back up & then my hand position going back to hammer position.

    Guys, I want to build a good muscular physique and strength ... I am skinny boy with 6'1 height and 65 Kg weight..

    I want to build a muscular upper body especially chest and back..

    ANyone here who can guide me about diet, exercises I should do ... But due to COVID I cannot join a gym right now but I want to build a muscular body at home and get good results within next 90 days ..

    Bcz for next no days I will stay PMO free and I want to utilize that.

    Please anyone who had succeed in doing so, help

    Today some pushups but this time not die-hard because I need to recover from the last time.

    1x10 diamond pushups (warmup)
    2x15 diamond pushups
    2x24 staggered pushups (12 per side)
    1x10 staggered pushups (5 per side)
    2x15 decline pushups
    1x20 decline + archer pushups (10 per side)
    2x20 decline + one arm on a ball pushups (10 per side)
