Hello xXsinnerXx, I downloaded the dnscloak application and I applied all the instructions you gave, and it’s working fine but I have one problem. After I used the text for YouTube and Reddit, I am no longer able to send messages on Reddit. Could you please tell me how to resolve this issue?

 

Cleanbrowsing family DNS blocks reddit, and locks youtube on restricted mode.

If you want to keep using cleanbrowsing DNS but don't want reddit to be blocked, you could use the adult filter instead of the family filter

Adult filter

IPv4 address: 185.228.168.10 and 185.228.169.11
IPv6 address: 2a0d:2a00:1::1 and 2a0d:2a00:2::1

for me who can do it with or without porn, I wonder if a filter can change much.
But anyway, it's good you are able to avoid your addiction, even if it's by using a filter.

I just wanted to know if you're method for blocking P in android works (I haven't tried it yet). Can't those blockers be uninstalled in Safe Mode..... or they can be shut down in accessibility settings? I have wasted my time trying to filter android. Hope you're method can't be undone in safe mode. I thought if an android phone is rooted , then SPIN browser can be installed and other blockers can't be removed once it is a system app. But some android phone like Nokia are impossible to root. If you're method works then I'm grateful to find this thread.

Also for Linux I heard DansGuardian is good. For me pluckeye is a bit complicated. Have you tried using DansGuardian in Linux?

I would further like to add that FortiClient can't block VPN connections used by chrome extensions.

I tried a trial version of HomeGuard Pro where until now it was the best filter ever. It could block .exe even if it was renamed.. and it could block VPN connections . If FortiClient could block VPN connection that would be really great. Do you know any tool that could do that. Or do you know any good program (.exe) blocker?

 

I could be wrong about this. But is there not app locker applications that require you to enter a password to access the app locker, and also require you to enter a password to uninstall the app?

If this is the case you could literally lock all applications in there that you can access porn on, the chrome browser, playstore etc, and then you could use SPIN browser. You could then create a password that is impossible to remember and lock it in the lockbox site, where you would need to wait a certain period of time before you could access this password if you ever needed it to fix something, download something etc.

 

The trial is only for 15 days though. But for me, the worst part was when I ignored it and forgot a random password I typed, there was no way to uninstall it. I has to reset my PC. It is dangerously good

 

But app lockers can be uninstalled in Safe Mode. That is the damn problem. I have an android tablet device that is rooted and use it only for reading. I have added app locker as a system app and even removed package installer.

 

Is it possible to edit chrome://policy in android? See, in my Windows PC, I use Cold Turkey to block other browsers and other uninstallers. I have edited the REGISTRY in windows so that I can't install VPN extensions or remove Cold turkey Extensions. [Also those who are using Brave , don't forget to use DisableTor policy]. Comodo dragon and Ice Dragon browsers aren't blocked by Cold Turkey because that is an AV browser. For that you can render those browsers useless by using registry and then block Registry using Cold Turkey Blocker. It is important that you don't disable Registry editing tools because there is no way to undo it other than PC reset. So if anyone knows how to edit policy in Chrome Android Version I would be grateful.
